Have you joined in on our monthly challenges?

You will see a bit about this in this month's DROP above, but I like to make special mention of it as well, so you don't miss out. 

Every month we have a new challenge or focus, some months will be an oil and other months is will be a product or supplement. Either way we will focus on using this item everyday for the full month. We will have a Facebook page devoted to the challenge (or focus) and it is a great place to go to chat with others doing the challenge as well. Here you will hear how others are using this, any recipes people have to share and often times there will be giveaways and prizes here as well. I will make it a point to mention these specifically in my emails as you will also see me posting about it on social media throughout the month..
